Contract Agreement & Disclaimer

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully

I agree to the nutritional consulting services provided by Metabolic Healing.

I reserve the right to hire Michael McEvoy, Julie Sands Donaldson, and/or Jamie Johnson as my nutritional consultants.

I understand that Michael, Julie, and/or Jamie's nutritional advice and opinions should not be used to replace medical care or medical services.

I understand that Michael, Julie, and/or Jamie's interpretation, opinions and advice are non-diagnostic and are solely for nutritional-related and educational purposes.

I agree to pay Metabolic Healing in full prior to the beginning of any consultations, or laboratory test review. I understand that my package will expire after 9 months if not used and completed.

I understand that my blood and hair tests need to be completed in similar timing in order to be evaluated together, and that their therapeutic application expires after 8 weeks. Consults on these results must take place before test results are 8 weeks old.

Refund Policy

No refund is given after payment is made.
